Working in the FttH Mass Rollout Team
The FttH MRO team is responsible for deploying a state-of-the-art new fiber network across Flanders and Brussels. We have set an ambitious goal to roll out fiber to 70% of our existing footprint by, using innovative methods that minimize disruption for cities, municipalities, and residents. To achieve this, we collaborate with various partners who are responsible for delivering the assigned areas.
Your responsibilities as Team Manager MRO Delivery include:
1. You are responsible for organizing and ensuring the smooth operation of the team to guarantee efficient and continuous performance and to achieve the set objectives.
2. You manage priorities related to new rollout areas and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders.
3. You define and assign new areas to partners based on their preferences, capacity, and logical segmentation.
4. You monitor the planning activities and data provided by partners. Together with your team, you analyze the information to provide a clear and reliable overview of Homes Passed, both globally and per partner.
5. You report to management on project progress, including weekly or monthly reporting of the top KPIs as defined in the MRO framework.
6. You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maximize delivery for our customers.
7. You coach and ensure the development and deployment of the right competencies, knowledge, and skills of your team members in both the short and long term.
Our ideal Team Manager MRO Delivery:
8. You hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience in team management.
9. You have a strong affinity for leadership.
10. You have at least 4 years of experience in project management or coordination. Experience in FttH, both outdoor and indoor, is a strong asset.
11. You have a good command of Dutch and English, and preferably also French (spoken and written).
12. You are detail-oriented, administratively strong, and focused on the quality delivered by your team.
13. You possess financial knowledge related to project investments.
14. You are an excellent motivator and coach.
15. You are analytical, communicative, and proactive.
