We are looking for an experienced IT Procurement & Asset Management Agent to support our client's Digital Workplace organization by managing the full procurement cycle, asset lifecycle, and telecom subscription portfolio.
The ideal consultant will ensure accurate financial follow‐up, optimized asset usage, and seamless coordination with suppliers, IT stakeholders, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the complete procurement cycle for IT hardware, software, and external services, including: quotations, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoices, payments, and contract or timesheet follow‐up.
* Maintain a complete and accurate IT asset inventory and oversee the hardware and software lifecycle, including stock management and license optimization.
* Manage mobile and fixed telephony subscriptions, monitor usage and costs, coordinate with telecom providers, and identify cost‐saving opportunities.
* Ensure proper cost allocation, support budget control, and deliver clear reporting to management.
* Apply CMDB and ITIL best practices across asset management workflows.
* Use SAP, Coupa, Omnitracker, Microsoft Office, and Teams to support procurement operations, documentation, and communication.
Technical Requirements
The consultant should have strong expertise in:
* Procurement processes: RFQs, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoicing, vendor management, cost centers
* IT Asset Management, CMDB concepts, and ITIL best practices
* Analytical and reporting skills using Excel, Power BI, or equivalent
* Telecom subscription management and cost optimization is a plus
Profile
* Minimum several years of experience in IT procurement, asset management, or financial/operational coordination within an IT organization
* Strong organizational and follow‐up skills with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent communication skills with suppliers, IT teams, and management
* Fluent in English (C1 level minimum), and native French or Dutch
* Autonomous, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks in parallel
* Analytical mindset with a focus on cost control and license optimization
