Corian® Design EMEA Commercial Leader

For more than five decades, Corian® has set the global standard as one of the most versatile, durable decorative surface materials. The Corian® Design business brings the imaginations of designers and creators to life through the creation of versatile, proven decorative surfaces.
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Leader to take full ownership of the Corian® Design business in EMEA – driving sales and marketing across 20+ countries with nearly $MM in revenue. This is not a caretaker role. The decorative surfaces market is rapidly evolving and the successful candidate will lead a decisive commercial transformation: modernizing the go-to-market model to evolve with our customers, sharpening value capture, and improving service reliability, profitability, and cash performance. This role carries full accountability for commercial outcomes across sales, pricing, channel strategy, marketing, technical marketing, and talent management. While a financially rigorous role, requires a deep commitment to understanding the market and customers to deliver what it takes to win.
The selected candidate will inherit an experienced team of 40+ across multiple countries and be expected to implement meaningful organizational and structural changes within your first six months. This role reports directly to Corian® Design Global Business Director.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Delivering on commercial and financial commitments.
1. Own full EMEA commercial performance including revenue, gross margin, EBITDA contribution, and cost of selling.
2. Drive price realization improvements and disciplined commercial governance across markets.
3. Lead initiatives to reduce cost-to-serve while protecting strategic value creation.
4. Strengthen cash management through AR discipline, terms management, and commercial rigor.
5. Improve delivery to promise performance by aligning commercial commitments with operational capability.
Go to market strategy and optimization.
6. Develop and execute a clear EMEA commercial strategy aligned to global priorities.
7. Build a segmented commercial model aligned to market opportunity and value capture maximization.
8. Optimize route-to-market across direct and distributor channels to ensure clear segmentation, differentiated service models, and appropriate value capture.
Organization & Talent Leadership.
9. Lead and develop a multi-country team of 60+ (~40 direct, 20 matrixed) including 7 direct reports across sales, marketing, and technical marketing.
10. Drive organizational redesign where needed to align resources with market opportunity and improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Education & Experience
11. Several years of experience including several years in commercial leadership roles and in multi-country leadership.
12. Experience managing managers of managers across multiple countries.
13. Fluent English.
14. Strong leadership capability in matrixed environments.
15. Demonstrated ability to make difficult decisions, challenge legacy structures and drive change.
16. Experience operating in mature, margin pressured markets.
17. Willingness to travel ~30% of the time.
