Strategic financial reporting insights /h3 ul liDeliver accurate, timely, and high-quality financial reporting packages to the CEO and Board of Directors /li liTranslate complex data into actionable insights that drive business performance /li liDevelop KPIs and dashboards to monitor the company’s current financial status in real-time /li /ul h32. Transaction readiness corporate strategy /h3 ul liLead the preparation for future strategic events /li liStructure and manage the financial data, ensuring the company’s financials are always presentable /li liAct as a key negotiator and advisor during investment rounds or transaction discussions /li /ul h33. Public funding grant management /h3 ul liProactively identify relevant local and international grants /li liLead the structuring of grant applications to maximize success rates /li liEfficiently organize the accountability and auditing processes for public funds to ensure 100% compliance /li /ul h34. Core financial leadership /h3 ul liOversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management /li liOptimize the company’s capital structure and manage banking/investor relationships /li liEnsure rigorous internal controls and compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements /li /ul h3Our wishlist /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced financial profile who brings the following to the table: /p ul liYou hold a master’s degree in financial management or equivalent degree with 10 years in a relevant position /li liYou have a proven track record as a CFO or VP of Finance, ideally within a high-growth scale-up environment /li liYou have been through a transaction before; a successful sale, or a significant funding round /li liYou have experience with public funding /li liTiming is as critical as accuracy to you; you recognize that delayed insights are missed opportunities.
