Join imec's communications teams and turn data into actionable insights
About the role
In this role, you will analyse, interpret, and translate data from a wide range of marketing and communication channels into clear insights that support strategic decision‑making in an international B2B context. You will help colleagues across digital marketing, communications, events, and press understand performance, audience behaviour, and the impact of campaigns and content. We are looking for a candidate with several years of experience in marketing or communications data analysis, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate insights clearly and convincingly to a broad range of stakeholders. This is not a pure technical role: your impact lies in shaping decisions, not just producing reports.
What you will do
* Analyse data from marketing and communication channels, including websites, campaigns, newsletters, social media, and CRM, to generate actionable insights.
* Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that track key marketing and communication KPIs.
* Work with stakeholders to define measurement frameworks, success metrics, and reporting needs.
* Translate complex datasets into clear stories and insights that are understandable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and impact across channels.
* Support experimentation initiatives such as A/B testing and contribute to continuous optimisation efforts.
* Contribute to the further professionalisation and automation of marketing and communications reporting.
* Enable and train colleagues throughout the organization to define, set, and effectively use actionable KPIs and targets.
Team and collaboration
You will be part of imec's marketing and communications teams and work closely with marketing strategists, communication managers, content creators, and digital specialists. In addition, you will collaborate with other data‑driven teams across the organisation (HR, Sales…) to ensure consistent, reliable use of data in reporting and decision‑making. This role requires translating analytical work into clear, actionable insights that support concrete communication and business needs.
