As a Customer Service Representative, you are the voice of Serax for our customers. You combine customer focus with product knowledge and commercial flair. You guide clients throughout the ordering and delivery process, provide proactive solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement. Your work helps deliver an exceptional customer experience and build lasting relationships
Responsibilities
* Advising clients on products and collections to ensure the right choices.
* Handling inquiries via email and phone with a focus on satisfaction and solutions.
* Entering, following up, and improving orders in the ERP system.
* Collaborating closely with sales, logistics, and planning to guarantee seamless service.
* Proactively identifying opportunities for process and communication improvements.
* Supporting commercial actions, quotes, and aftersales with customer loyalty in mind.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Previous customer service experience
* Excellent command of English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or German is a strong asset.
* Commercial mindset with an eye for cross- and upselling.
* Accurate, structured, solution-driven, and able to work under pressure.
* Passion for design and eagerness to deepen product knowledge.
* A team player motivated by customer satisfaction and process improvement.
