1. Passion for programming languages such as C#, Java, or JavaScript.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or other CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges
4. Nice to have: Code Plugins, PCF, Power Automate, Prompt/agent design, Analytics (Power BI).
5. Fluency in English and Dutch/French.
• You are currently enrolled in a computer science or related program at a college or university in Belgium
• You have excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues.
As an intern you will:
6. design and implement a real-world service process (e.g., Warranty Returns or Case Triage & Escalation) by following Agentic AI and workflow automation approach.
7. explore Dataverse, build model driven apps with Business Process Flows, Power Automate (Cloud/approvals), Plugins/PCF.
8. learn and explore Copilot studio agent (which plans steps, calls tool (Dataverse actions/flows), reasons over knowledge and drafts response) and Copilot Service workspace (boosts agent productivity and improve customer experience)
This assignment gives you end‑to‑end exposure to BizApps engineering: Data, UI, automation, AI/agents, governance.
