Business Development Manager – Microsoft Security (MSSP)

Salary: €4,500 per month + OTE + Benefits

A leading Microsoft Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join their team in Dilbeek, Belgium. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing and well-established organisation at the forefront of cybersecurity and Microsoft cloud technologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth, identifying and closing opportunities across Microsoft security and cloud services. This role is ideal for a commercially minded individual with experience in IT sales, particularly within Microsoft technologies or cybersecurity, and who thrives in a client-facing, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across the Belgian market.
Promote a range of Microsoft security solutions and managed services to new clients.
Work closely with internal technical teams to shape solutions that meet client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and Microsoft.
Contribute to the wider business development strategy, including go-to-market planning and pipeline management.
Represent the business at relevant industry events and client meetings.
Required Experience:
Proven track record in new business development within the IT or cybersecurity sector.
Experience selling Microsoft solutions and/or security services is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
