In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, HR experts, technical teams, and implementation partners to ensure a high-quality solution that meets business needs, compliance requirements, payroll accuracy, and operational readiness.
🎯 Your Responsibilities
* Develop and manage the overall testing strategy, including timelines, scope, stakeholders, and Go/No-Go readiness criteria.
* Coordinate and execute End-to-End Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Collaborate with business teams to define and document comprehensive test scenarios across all HR domains.
* Validate end-to-end HR processes including:
* Core HR
* Position Management
* Recruitment
* Learning
* Performance Management
* Time Management
* Payroll Integrations
* Reporting & Analytics
* Ensure local HR, payroll, tax, compliance, and SAP localization requirements are fully covered during testing activities.
* Perform data validation, reconciliation, migration verification, and reporting consistency checks.
* Validate integrations and data flows between HR systems, payroll platforms, time management solutions, and downstream applications.
* Coordinate testing efforts across business users, process owners, technical teams, integration specialists, and external partners.
* Track testing progress, manage risks and dependencies, and proactively communicate status updates.
* Support go-live readiness activities and provide clear recommendations to project leadership.
✅ What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Test Coordinator within SAP SuccessFactors projects.
* Strong experience working in integrated SAP HR and SuccessFactors environments.
* Hands-on experience with Jira.
* Solid understanding of HR processes, including Core HR, Position Management, Payroll, Time Management, Reporting, and Analytics.
* Strong background in end-to-end business process testing within complex HR landscapes.
* Experience with data validation, reconciliation testing, interface testing, and reporting validation.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. 🔍
* Ability to think creatively and design test scenarios beyond standard requirements.
* Strong capability to translate business requirements into effective test cases and validation criteria.
* Structured, independent, and results-driven approach to managing testing activities.
* Comfortable engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 🤝
* Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is sufficient to participate in functional discussions.
