You'll be part of the Digital Division, actively contributing to the modernization of the group's IT infrastructure and application landscape.br/ In this high-impact role, you'll translate business capabilities into end-to-end technical solutions, aligned with architectural best practices and group strategy. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and subject matter experts, and be deeply involved in design, governance, and delivery.br/ br/ h2Your responsibilities will include /h2 ul liAnalyzing functional and non-functional requirements, constraints, and business needs /li liTranslating capabilities into architectural building blocks using modern design patterns (e.g., MicroServices, event-driven) /li liDelivering architecture designs aligned with standards, guidelines, and reference architectures /li liActing as the key bridge between the product, architecture, and delivery teams /li liSupporting implementation and ensuring alignment via architecture governance (e.g., Design Boards, ADR, Atam) /li liProviding hands-on support in integration design, application architecture, and tooling /li liEmbracing Agile ways of working and contributing to continuous improvement /li liYou'll work in a bilingual (English-German) context, with teams spread across Brussels and Berlin. Fluent English is required for documentation and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders. French and/or Dutch are a plus. /li /ul br/ h2Profile / requirements /h2 br/ Must-have skills:br/ ul liAt least 6 years of experience as a Solution Architect in complex, enterprise IT environments /li liStrong grasp of DDD, MicroServices, event-driven architecture and other modern paradigms /li liProficient in architecture frameworks such as ArchiMate, Togaf, Atam, Cbam /li liExperience with architecture modeling tools (SparX EA is a strong asset) /li liClear communicator, able to navigate cross-functional teams and align stakeholders /li liComfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of end-to-end solutions /li liConfident leading discussions and facilitating collaborative decision-making (whiteboarding comes naturally) /li liAgile mindset with experience in Agile/DevOps environments /li /ul
