Hauptaufgaben
As Motor Vehicle Operator, you will:
-Drive passenger bus and/or cargo vehicles.
-Transport personnel, articles and materials on and off post on public roads.
-Observe established time schedules and follow prescribed routes, observing traffic laws and speed limits.
-Control the loading and unloading.
-Complete trip tickets and preventive maintenance service records.
-Perform drivers maintenance in accordance with established rules and regulations
-Operate other vehicles (light/heavy).
En tant que chauffeur, vous:
-Conduirez des bus ou des véhicules de transport de marchandises.
-Véhiculez le personnel, des articles ou matériaux sur la base militaire et la voie publique.
-Respecterez les horaires, itinéraires et le code de la route.
-Veillerez à l'embarquement-débarquement de passagers/ chargement/déchargement de cargaisons.
-Complèterez les feuilles de route et les rapports de maintenance préventive.
-Effectuerez la maintenance des véhicules conformément aux règlements établis.
-Conduirez d'autres véhicules légers ou lourds.
Qualifikationsanforderungen
• PROFILE
Applicants must demonstrate one year of professional experience in a related field (driving passenger bus and/or cargo vehicles, controlling the loading and unloading, ...) and possess a valid driver's license B, C and D.

US Army in Belgium is an American government agency whose mission is to provide logistical and administrative support to the US personnel at NATO and SHAPE in Belgium.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER/DESCRIPTION DE L'OFFRE
- Permanent, full-time (38 hours/week).
- Flexible work schedule (Monday through Sunday, Holidays included). Incumbent will be required to perform on-call duties after working hours, and during holidays and weekends.
- Salary: from 2.544,07 EUR gross/month

The incumbent must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds and occasionally over 50 pounds.

The Civilian HR Service Center (CHRSC) will review each application and will refer candidates to the management official who will make the final selection. The SELECTEE will:
• Provide an extract of criminal record: "Modele 1". This document may be requested to the local resident registration office.
