What you’ll achieve
As the Product Manager, with deep healthcareand AIexpertise, you will
join our growing AI product team and drive the application of artificial intelligence to Health Information Systems, across Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Patient Administration Systems (PAS). Operating on a global scale, this role will work closely with the PM Lead to create the global product roadmap for this domain and manage the products within the portfolio through their full lifecycle.
The successful candidate will bringa strong foundationin healthcare product management, a practical understanding of AI technologies, and the ability to translate clinical and operational workflows into impactful AI-enabled capabilities that deliver measurable value to healthcare providers worldwide.
You will:
1. Support theLeadPM in defining andmaintainingthe global AI product roadmap for Health Information Systems, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and market needs.
2. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle ofspecificproducts within the EMR and PAS AI portfolio, from ideation and requirements gathering through to launch and iteration.
3. Engage directly with healthcarecustomers and internalstakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven improvement.
4. Create the business case for specific products, from scope to cost andRoI.
5. Lead a development team working hand in hand with a Tech Lead in thedevelopment of therequirements intoa productusing agilemethodologyand ceremonies.
6. Support in the identification and evaluation ofthird-party solutions, AI vendors, and integration partners relevant to the HIS space, contributing to build vs. buy assessments.
7. Define success metrics and KPIs for AI features deployed within EMR and PAS contexts,supporting sales in the positioning of the product on the market,monitoringadoptionand impact post-launch.
8. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure productscomply withrelevant regulatory, data privacy, and clinical safety requirements across target geographies(e.g. AI Act, GDPR, HL7/FHIR standards).

Essential Requirements:
10. Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
11. Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a healthcare setting, with direct exposure to EMR and/or PAS systems.
12. Practical experience with AI technologies and their application in clinical or operational healthcare environments.
13. Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, and clinical data models.
14. Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
15. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with both technical and clinical audiences.
16. Proventrack recordof delivering healthcare technology products through full product lifecycle.
17. Native English speaker or C1/C2 English certification
Desirable Requirements:
18. Experience at or with AI-native companies, with familiarity with rapid, data-driven product development methodologies.
19. Exposure to agentic AI, clinical decision support systems, or AI-assisted documentation tools.
20. Familiarity with global healthcare regulatory frameworks (FDA, MDR, MHRA) as they relate to AI-enabled software as a medical device (SaMD).
21. Experience working in or with integrated delivery networks, hospital groups, or health system vendors
