Job Responsibilities:
* Lead the company’s global IT strategy, aligning technology with business goals
* Oversee digital transformation initiatives across enterprise systems and infrastructure
* Manage IT security, compliance (including GDPR), cloud architecture, and data governance
* Guide a global IT team across SES offices in Europe, the U.S., and Asia
* Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and cloud-native platforms
* Manage vendor relationships and IT budgets exceeding €100 million
* Ensure business continuity, cybersecurity resilience, and disaster recovery planning
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise IT management
* At least 5 years in a C-level or senior leadership role in technology
* Strong expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and ERP systems
* Experience in satellite communications, aerospace, or telecom is a strong advantage
* Fluent in English; French, German, or Luxembourgish is a plus
* Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
Preferred Certifications:
* PMP, TOGAF, ITIL, or CISSP
* Experience with global compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST)
Salary and Benefits
* Estimated Base Salary: €180,000 – €250,000 per year
* Total Compensation: Up to €350,000+ with bonuses and stock incentives
