The Zone Manager is primarily responsible for the achievement of commercial targets (e.g., volumes and penetration rate), dealer service, new business profitability levels in his area.
We are looking for one Zone Sales Manager with a focus on supporting Flanders area: The Zone Manager reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Guarantee sales of financial products and services regarding all the business lines to achieve commercial targets and profitability.
● Define and manage sales planning, tracking performance and identifying possible corrective actions.
● Define and manage agreements with dealers, including incentive and dealer commissions.
● You have a passion for the automotive sector, and you can submit successful experience in the management of distribution channels, preferably in the automotive sector.
● Higher education or equivalent experience, with knowledge of financial services and/or automotive products is a strong asset.
● you are results driven and you are strong in time management.
● Good knowledge of MS Office and of Excel.
● You have strong commercial skills and additionally you have solid sales, analytic and synthesis skills. Very good knowledge of Dutch, good command of English, understanding of French.
