A successful Junior Account Executive should have a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong proficiency in French and Dutch, both written and spoken, with a good command of English is also necessary. A natural commercial instinct and a results-driven mindset are key qualities in this role.
Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment make a Junior Account Executive effective in their position. Working independently while collaborating closely with two account managers and reporting directly to the Business Partner is part of this job.
