About the internshipThe Omni Contact Team is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join us within the B2B E-commerce & Digital Content scope.During this internship, you will support the development and optimization of digital B2B content on our online platform, helping improve customer experience and engagement through impactful and data-driven content. What you’ll doCollaborate with internal stakeholders to collect, structure and plan digital contentSupport the creation of briefs for copywriters and graphic teamsEnsure content is accurate, up-to-date and aligned with business needsManage the setup and publishing of content on the e-commerce platformAnalyze content performance (GA4, engagement, clicks) and provide optimization insightsSupport continuous improvements of digital content and customer interactionsAct as a guardian of the user experience, proposing improvementsAssist in answering internal and external requests related to the platform Who you areFluent in French or Dutch, with a strong knowledge of EnglishInterest or first experience in digital marketing, content management or e-commerceStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDetail-oriented with a creative and proactive mindsetComfortable working with data and drawing insights Why join CCEP?We join for the brands.
