You are the first point of contact for external vendors, service providers, and general inquiries. Financial Administration: Organizing the "paper trail." You gather invoices, prepare documents for our external accountants, and ensure our financial administration is always audit-ready. Personnel Admin: Handling the basic administration for our small team. This includes being the point of contact for the social secretariat (payroll), managing vacation tracking, and keeping personnel files up to date. IT & Facilities Coordination: Ensuring the digital and physical workspace is flawless. You coordinate with IT support, manage software subscriptions, and keep the Brussels hub running smoothly. Executive Navigation: Managing calendars, travel, and logistics for the partners so they can move from meeting to meeting without worrying about the details.
