Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to manage international payroll processes across multiple countries. This role requires strong knowledge of local laws and regulations, as well as experience in coordinating monthly payroll administration.
Responsibilities:
* Managing international payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
* Coordinating monthly payroll administration and providing accurate payroll information to employees on time.
* Ensuring compliance with international tax and social security laws.
* Supporting HR and Finance teams with ad-hoc payroll inquiries and reports.
* Optimizing and implementing payroll processes and systems, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years of experience with international payroll processes.
* Knowledge of various national regulations and tax obligations.
* Proficiency in English, as it is the primary working language.
