Sales assistant
Key accountabilities
•Sales:
oBe the guarantor of customer satisfaction regarding the management of their administrative requests. Ensure timely and accurate replies.
oCoordination of product launches with the client and monitoring the retro planning of those launches to alert your colleagues if delays.
oOrganize samples expedition.
oOrganization of clients visits (transfers, samples, meals, internal communication, etc.)
oCarry out administrative export procedures
oAnswers to pricing disputes, complaints and customer penalties in collaboration with other company departments
•Communication:
oInternal communication of customers and sales department needs, feedback of information to the sales department
oTransmit information received from customers or sales representatives to internal services (promotion, new price, archiving contracts, etc.)
oFeed information from internal services (Production, R&D, etc.) to the customer and/or sales representatives.
oAdministrative communication with Awex, follow-up on incentives files
•Support your colleagues of
oSales, e.g. prepare commercial offers.
oAccounting, e.g. make follow-ups to ensure customers pay on time.
oSales Administration in certain one-off tasks, e.g. logistics benchmark.

Profil attendu :
Profil :
•You have a bachelor's(or Master) degree or a significant experience as sales assistant
•You have good communication skills, and are fluent in written and spoken French/English (Other languages are a plus)
•You have good interpersonal skills, are responsive and rigorous
•You are hands-on, curious and highly motivated to learn
•You are down to earth and value a good team spirit
•You are proficient in IT
