Your team
As a Product Architect, you’ll join our Product Development organization. Product Development consists of specialized teams that focus on a specific domain such as demand and supply planning, user experience, data science, integration, solvers, and more. These teams drive our product road map, share OMP’s vision and expertise and create smart, robust, and scalable software solutions that solve our customers’ complex supply chain planning challenges.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
1. A Master’s or PhD degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Applied Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar. Experience can substitute for a degree.
2. 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning or supply chain planning technologies.
3. 3 years of experience in a similar product development setting or in solution design/architecture.
4. Proven leadership skills combined with a track record of effectively guiding and inspiring others.
5. A strong advocate of agile development principles.
6. A passion for improving software solutions and delivering tangible added value.
Bonus points if you have:
7. Software engineering experience.
8. Prior experience in one of our core industries.
9. Specialization in supply chains.
10. Relevant experience in cloud-native technologies, streaming frameworks, service-oriented architecture, and API development.
11. But most of all, you are fun to work with and a great team player!
