As our Sales Desk Coordinator, you are the engine room of our commercial department. You act as the vital link between our customers, the outside sales team, and our internal operations. Your mission is to ensure that every sales opportunity is handled with speed, precision, and a commercial mindset.
About the Role

Responsibilities
* Sales Support
* Supporting the question from our commercial team
* Inform clients on delivery's of parts/motorcycles
* Commercial Administration
* Order Processing: Ensure all incoming orders are processed correctly in the ERP/CRM system, matching customer requirements with our stock or service capabilities.
* Pricing Maintenance: Assist in keeping the price lists and customer-specific discounts up to date within our systems.
* Sales Reporting: Generate weekly or monthly sales reports to help the team track performance against targets.
* Customer & Account Coordination
* Relationship Management: Build rapport with existing clients through professional communication and proactive updates on their orders.
* Sales/Field Liaison: Act as the "internal eyes and ears" for the outside sales team, providing them with the data and documents they need for client meetings.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Logistics and Finance to ensure smooth delivery and invoicing.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent through experience).
* Experience: 2+ years in an Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Commercial Back-office environment.
Required Skills
* Commercial Drive: You don't just "process" orders; you think along with the customer and look for ways to add value.
* Tech Proficiency: Expert level in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM tools
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English. (Strong Dutch/French is usually a big plus in this region).
* Precision: High attention to detail—a small mistake in a quote can have a big impact.
