Job description
1. You coordinate end-to-end digital media planning for key markets, from briefing and in-flight optimization to post-campaign analysis in partnership with our global media agencies.
2. You act as the strategic heartbeat between global and local teams, making sure every campaign feels globally consistent yet locally relevant.
3. You keep our campaigns performing at their best by monitoring results closely, challenging the agency when needed, and ensuring smooth collaboration, timing and budget flow.
4. You turn data into impact: analyze results, distill clear learnings, and inspire markets with actionable recommendations
5. Last but not least, you help shape the future of our digital ecosystem by contributing to the global media strategy, building the digital roadmap, and elevating local teams with best practices as a true Digital Center of Excellence.
Profile
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe that:
6. You have a Master’s degree in a relevant study field (or equivalent through experience).
7. You combine this with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a branded international environment or in a digital marketing agency. Experience in a (global) FMCG environment is a plus.
8. Main digital advertising platforms as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Amazon have no secrets for you
9. You have a structured way of working with excellent project management skills, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.
10. You are a born communicator and team player confident to get in interaction with local marketing teams and global brand team
11. Because you work in an international environment, fluency in English is a must. Dutch is a plus.
