Drive process optimization by replacing manual workflows with scalable digital solutions. Support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standards. Key responsibilities Manage projects throughout the full lifecycle, from planning to deployment and post-implementation follow-up. Coordinate internal departments, external partners, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery. Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality objectives. Prepare project updates, management presentations, and steering committee reports. Identify project risks and implement mitigation actions to ensure successful delivery. Supervise testing activities and coordinate business validation processes. Lead and support multidisciplinary project teams in a collaborative environment. Ensure compliance with internal project methodologies, governance processes, and operational standards. Contribute to process improvements and promote efficient ways of working. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within a business environment. Strong knowledge of digital technologies and business processes. Experience managing stakeholders and executive-level communication. Project management certification is an asset. Retail or e-Commerce experience is a plus. Good leadership, organization, and communication skills. Analytical, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset.
