As a Project Coordinator at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate activities related to the assigned sub-system throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure delivery of the sub-system in line with quality, cost, delivery, and performance objectives.
* Manage and align cross-functional teams involved in engineering, sourcing, supply chain, and other project functions.
* Plan, monitor, and control sub-system scope, schedule, resources, risks, and budget.
* Coordinate interfaces with other sub-systems and project stakeholders to ensure smooth integration.
* Identify and manage risks, issues, and opportunities impacting sub-system performance.
* Monitor key performance indicators and report progress and deviations.
* Ensure compliance with applicable standards, processes, and project requirements.
Profile:
* Degree in engineering or a related technical field.
* Experience in project coordination or system/sub-system management in an industrial environment.
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a project-driven environment.
* Professional proficiency in English.
