We are looking for a detail‐oriented Laboratory Technician specializing in ELISA and immuno-testing to join a Bioanalytical Development Team. The role is located in Walloon Brabant within a well-known biopharmaceutical company. This position will require to work mainly on site, with about the possibility of 1 day of home working every second week.
In this role, you will perform immunoassays, analyze biological samples, maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure high‐quality, reliable results.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute ELISA and immunoassays following SOPs and quality standards.
* Open to routine testing and non-routine experiments linked to assay development
* Record and review data (ELN, lab notebook); ensure result accuracy.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant laboratory environment.
* Collaborate with team members and communicate results promptly.
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree in relevant field
* Experience with ELISA/immuno-testing (1–3 years preferred).
* Familiarity with lab equipment, data analysis tools, and quality systems.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong attention to detail and organization.
* Solid technical and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Safety‐focused and quality‐driven mindset.
* Knowledge of English is mandatory, national language not required
