Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Support Engineer to join our Operations Center. The Mobile Support team is responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for mobile solutions that enable and support field operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and smooth deployment of mobile devices used across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide L1 and L2 support for enterprise mobile solutions supporting field users
* Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to iOS and Android devices
* Manage and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms
* Perform staging, imaging, configuration, and deployment of mobile devices
* Ensure compliance with security, configuration, and operational standards
* Act as an escalation point for complex mobile-related issues
* Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams
* Document procedures, configurations, and support knowledge
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer in an ICT infrastructure environment
* Strong knowledge of mobile technologies, including iOS and Android
* Hands-on experience with MDM tools (e.g. Intune, MobileIron, VMware Workspace ONE, or similar)
* Proven experience in device staging, imaging, and large-scale deployments
* Solid troubleshooting and customer-oriented support mindset
* Ability to work independently in a production operations environment
Nice to Have
* Experience supporting mobile solutions for field or industrial operations
* Knowledge of security policies, certificates, and mobile compliance frameworks
* Familiarity with ITIL-based incident and change management
* Experience working in large or multi-site enterprise environments
