Their Guarantees & Specialty Risks division plays a vital role in offering tailored credit insurance, surety solutions, and single-risk protection for domestic and global trade transactions. Role Overview: The Junior Account Manager position is a vital support role within the policy management team, assisting in processing standard insurance requests, creating tailored proposals, and ensuring risk monitoring protocol adherence. The position emphasizes analytical and administrative excellence and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: * Assist with managing policy documentation, preparing insurance contracts, and ensuring their accuracy. * Analyze and document contractual terms and register updates in internal systems. * Maintain and track policy records while collaborating with financing partners and brokers. * Handle tasks related to premium collection, settlements, and fee adjustments. * Prepare required documentation for claims processing and indemnity payments. * Contribute to the compilation of internal reports, business summaries, and team documents. Key Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent. * Fluency in English and Dutch both written and oral. French is a big plus. * Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset. * Problem-solving abilities and good judgment for resolving data discrepancies. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of thriving in a team-oriented setting.
