As a Management Assistant:
- You take care of the billing: you gather information, check the drafts, ensure the invoices are finaliseed and sent correctly
- Organise, coordinate and arrange meetings & appointments
- Managing agendas
- Travel bookings (hotels, flights etc)
- Create and maintain filing
- Prepare paperworkAs a Receptionist:
- Answer calls, take messages and handling correspondence
- Warm welcome visitors
- Manage the meeting rooms and make sure everything is well set before any meetings
- You already have some experience in an administrative function
- Very good level of English and Dutch and/or French, if you speak the 3 languages it's a great asset
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office tools
- You are a team player, you work efficiently and you are a very organised person
- You are good in priority management & remain calm under pressure
