Introduction
For one of our pharmaceutical partners located in the Walloon Brabant in Belgium, we are looking for an Operational Change Manager (OCM) – SAP S/4HANA.
This role sits at the heart of a major transformation program involving the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and the transition to new IT and operational processes. As the local change management lead, you will guide end‐users, stakeholders, and project teams through the transition, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption to operations.
Your Responsibilities
Change Management & Strategy
* Map and assess operational changes resulting from the SAP S/4HANA implementation and related IT transformation activities
* Lead and coordinate change management workshops, meetings, and briefings
* Build and maintain the site‐level OCM roadmap aligned with project milestones and organizational priorities
* Conduct impact assessments and define adoption KPIs
* Identify key stakeholders and design tailored engagement approaches.
Training & End‐User Support
* Ensure training needs are identified and covered for impacted teams
* Adapt and maintain training materials in collaboration with functional experts
* Support end‐users before, during, and after go‐live, including hypercare activities.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
* Develop communication plans, content strategy, and messaging related to the transformation
* Prepare and deliver clear, structured, and user‐focused communications
* Coach team leaders and stakeholders to foster effective communication culture and change adoption
* Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve engagement.
Program Support & Coordination
* Collaborate closely with project managers and cross‐functional teams across business and IT
* Support planning and alignment of multidisciplinary project tracks
* Coordinate with operational roles contributing to the transformation to ensure cohesive execution.
Your Profile
* Youn hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, HR, Engineering, or a related field
* You have minimum 3 years of experience in change management or transformation environments—ideally in a regulated or technical industry
* You have proven experience with IT transformation or ERP deployments (SAP experience is a strong plus)
* You have a strong understanding of operational processes and cross‐functional collaboration
* With excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‐management skills
* You are fluent in both French and English; Dutch is a plus
* You act with a positive mindset, adaptability, and strong organizational abilities.
