Would you like to join an international organisation in Brussels and gain valuable experience in the banking sector? We are looking for a Customer Account Relations & Support Assistant to join a dynamic team as part of a maternity leave replacement.
You will work in a structured environment within a team of 4 people, contributing to the smooth management of customer accounts and administrative processes.
Main Responsibilities
Manage the opening and closing of current accounts based on client requests
Analyse official documents related to company structures (articles of association, mandates, etc.)
Handle KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures
Update and maintain client files (legal documents, company data, authorised signatories)
Monitor and verify client profiles within internal systems
Prepare and submit regulatory reports (BNB, FSMA, etc.)
Manage official communication with clients
Provide daily customer support
Coordinate with various internal departments (IT, Compliance, etc.)

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration
Excellent command of English and Italian, with a good level of French (intermediate level acceptable)
Junior profile welcome (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
Mature, rigorous, and conscientious
Strong communication skills
Calm, well-balanced, and professional attitude
Strong academic background and language skills are key selection criteria
Offer
Temporary assignment of approximately 6 months (until end of the year)
Start date: mid-June
Salary between €2,500 and €3,000 gross/month
Meal vouchers (€10) + transport reimbursement (CP310)
2 fixed remote working days per week (after a training period of approximately 2 months, to be agreed with the manager)
