Overview
We wish to recruit Project Manager for a BioPharma project in Belgium. The Project Manager will be working as part of the site project engineering team managing key site investment projects from concept through to handover.
Responsibilities
Scope of Position:
1. Delivery of capital projects safely, on budget and to schedule.
2. Plan, execute and track the progress of projects through the design phases from inception to handover
3. Ensure key deliverables as per client standards are adhered to.
4. Propose options and effectively communicate to Management/Client/Stakeholders.
5. Establish project objectives in line with project requirements and ensure goals & timelines are achieved.
6. Put robust plans and strategies in place to manage the project lifespan.
7. Communicate project issues to the team and follow-up with the right skill sets to put best solutions in place on time and within budget.
8. Provide direction and vision to the project team.
9. Ability to resource and link the right skillset on projects.
10. Build effective communication between the team, clients and stakeholders.
11. Reporting to management on project/schedule/cost issues.
12. Ensure adherence to the client’s quality and engineering standards.
13. Develop & implement appropriate project execution strategy.
14. Monitor compliance to applicable practices policies, and specifications.
15. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance).
Qualifications
Experience & Skills:
16. Bachelor or Master degree in relevant engineering discipline
17. 5 -10 years project experience
18. Pharmaceutical/BioPharma Projects experience
19. Full lifecycle Project Management
20. Cost Control
21. Scheduling and achieving schedules
22. Delivery of projects within a GMP environment
23. Thorough understanding of engineering principles, concepts, industry practices and standards
24. Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French and English
