About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of existing clients.
* Prepare reports on account status and provide feedback to management.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) while keeping clients satisfied and engaged.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent listening, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
* Experience as an Account Manager, Business Developer, or similar role.
* To be results-oriented with a critical thinking mindset and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English, French, and German, with Luxembourgish being an asset.
* Experience with CRMs, MS Office, and knowledge of the recruitment market and trends.
