We're looking for an experienced consultant to join our client's dynamic team in their Agile-focused environment. The ideal candidate will seamlessly transition between project management and Scrum Master roles, driving significant improvements in a complex setting.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage and oversee minor changes and technical debt by ensuring effective project tracking. Your key responsibilities include:
* Monitoring and managing minor changes and technical debt
* Overseeing a budget of approximately €2 million
* Preparing and tracking project planning
* Aligning scope and priorities with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and Scrum Masters
* Ensuring transparent reporting and progress tracking
Role and Tasks
As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile processes and provide support to teams and the broader Agile framework. Your contributions will include:
* Facilitating Scrum activities, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, and Retrospectives
* Supporting the Release Train Engineer
* Actively contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the Agile organization
The Ideal Candidate
The perfect candidate will possess a combination of experience, skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach. The following qualifications are required:
* Proven experience as a Project Leader in infrastructure or development projects (5 years)
* Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master (3 years)
* Familiarity with PM methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMBok)
* Native fluency in Dutch at a European CEFR - C2 level, and strong English skills
* Experience with project management tools like Clarity and Jira, as well as proficiency in MS Project and MS Office
* Hands-on mentality and passion for Agile working
