Agile Transformation Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving agile transformation within clients' organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate agile transformations by coaching teams in agile ways of working and promoting collaboration, trust, and self-organization.
* Collaborate with project stakeholders, other teams, and management to ensure seamless execution and decision-making.
* Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts that hinder the team or organization, ensuring continuous delivery.
* Celebrate successes and strive for continuous improvement in both team performance and advising clients on implementing organizational changes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* +4 years experience as consultant
* +2 years experience as scrum master or product owner
* Strong knowledge of Agile Principles and Scrum Framework, with certification a strong plus.
* Outstanding problem-solving and negotiating skills, with attention to detail.
* Excellent coaching skills, including empathy and expertise in guiding teams in agile ways of working.
* Ability to adapt to new situations and client requests while challenging them when necessary.
* Proficiency in agile tooling (Jira, AzureDevops, Confluence) and producing agile metrics.
* Knowledge of visual facilitation techniques and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in agile ways of working.
