Project engineer

As a Project Engineer for our client in the Antwerp region, you are co-responsible for the coordination and distribution of the drawing works among the internal drawers specifically according to the needs of the project.

While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.

You take care of the complete project file taking into account the planning.

You also create 3D models up to assembly drawings.

You ensure that the necessary instructions are given and follow up orders outsourced to external drawing offices.

You check the designs against the technical specifications according to the contract and applicable standards.

You help monitor planning and budget.

You check drawings for technical feasibility and quality.

You have a strong knowledge of one of the drawing software packages Bocad or Tekla.

You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position.

You can draw structures and buildings.

You have strong communication skills both in contact with colleagues and external parties.

You know ISO and safety-related procedures.

You have a VCA VOL certificate or are willing to obtain one in the short term.
