We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Benelux region. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support, working closely with the field sales team to inspire customers, acquire new clients, and maintain long-term relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, product consultations, order processing, complaints management, and customer data management. They will also contribute to project sales by researching projects, calculating quotations, and supporting the implementation of construction projects.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience working with MS Office, SAP, and CRM systems, as well as excellent communication skills, a strong technical understanding, and fluency in French, Dutch/Flemish, and English or German languages.
