Your Tasks
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for a selection of customers and partners across Europe. You’ll actively contribute to our growth in the ICT and AV market by:
Customer & Sales Management
* Processing orders and advising partners on product availability, new technologies, promotions, and accessories
* Monitoring and achieving sales targets with distributors and resellers (monthly and quarterly)
*Tracking sales performance, market developments, and overall market position
Business Development
*Building and strengthening a local network of distributors and resellers
*Analyzing international retail and e-commerce markets
*Managing leads and project opportunities from first contact to final delivery
* Identifying new business opportunities and keeping up with industry trends
Brand Awareness & Training
*Organizing webinars, product demos, and training sessions in cooperation with the marketing team
*Representing our brand with installers, brand ambassadors, and customers
You will mainly communicate in English, supplemented by other European languages you may speak. Communication takes place via email and Microsoft Teams.ProfielYour Profile
* You have initial experience in sales administration, customer service, or inside sales
*You are a strong communicator with a customer-oriented mindset You are organized, accurate, and keep a clear overview under pressure
*You are commercially driven and motivated to achieve goals
*You have a genuine interest in ICT and audio-visual solutions
*You speak fluent English; additional languages such as Dutch, German, French, or a Scandinavian language are a plus
