Your job?
Your role will be to be the CEO's right-hand person for finance, administration, and automation. Specifically:
* Take charge of all internal finance: invoicing, customer follow-up, reminders, preparation of documents for the board and investors.
* Implement and improve financial reporting and KPI processes.
* Manage various administrative tasks (contracts, official documents, etc.).
* Drive the automation of our internal processes.
* Support the CEO with ad-hoc tasks: document creation, market watch, organization, project follow-up.
Candidate Profile
* Junior with a solid background in finance/management/admin (internship/first experience).
* Tech-savvy: comfortable with digital tools, you love to automate and optimize.
* Startup mindset: versatile, pragmatic, detail-oriented, you're not afraid to get your hands dirty.
* You understand a company's financial challenges (reporting & cash monitoring).
* Highly curious, with a passion for investment and the startup world.
* Good judgment, energy, reliability, and a strong desire to work.
