Join Us as a Sales Project Executive (M/F/X) – for the Training Business Unit
Location: Brussels / Hybrid Department: Sales – Corporate Accounts Reports to: KAM
Your Role : As a Sales Project Executive, you operate at the crossroads of sales, consulting, and project coordination.
You support corporate clients by designing tailored training solutions and ensuring a smooth client journey from needs analysis to project delivery.
What You'll Do :
* Advise corporate clients (HR, L&D, Mobility, Purchasing) on training solutions
* Translate client needs into customized commercial proposals
* Coordinate internal teams (sales, academic, trainers, admin)
* Support sales pipeline management and CRM follow-up
* Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
* Report to the Key Account Manager Belgium (KAM)
Who You Are :
* 1–5 years' experience in sales support, account management, customer success or project coordination
* Experience in training, HR services, education or B2B services is a plus
* Strong communication, organization and stakeholder management skills
* Client-oriented, proactive and solution-driven
* French & Dutch fluent | English professional level
