Position We are looking for an Industrialization Project Manager to join our team in Zaventem, Belgium, with regular assignments at our production site in Vietnam.
This role focuses on managing multiple industrialization projects in parallel, supporting the transfer of production processes, and harmonizing practices between sites, including implementing Lean Manufacturing practices.
Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized projects (5–10 in parallel, up to 50 active projects in total) related to the production and industrialization of aerospace components.
Methods, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
Ensure internal communication with local and international stakeholders (Belgium / Vietnam / internal teams).
Support the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process, including:
Managing the 5 APQP phases.
Participating in technical and quality pre-analyses.
Coordinating with QP/AP teams within projects.
Act as a reference for process management and continuous improvement practices across projects.
Degree in Engineering or equivalent, ideally in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Industrial Production.
at least 5 years of experience in industrial project management or industrialization.
Process & Project Management
Knowledge of CATIA V5 and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, audit, pre-analysis) is a plus.
Experience in the automotive sector is valuable if aerospace experience is limited (APQP methodologies transferable).
Fluent in English (mandatory); French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage.
Willingness to travel to Vietnam as part of industrial transfer projects.
