Job Description
We're looking for a versatile and service‑minded Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to strengthen a small, friendly team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and likes combining customer interaction with practical and administrative tasks.In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Your tasks will include:
* Handling incoming customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and general support
* Managing the full return process: arranging pick‑ups, receiving and checking returned items, issuing credit notes, and coordinating internal follow‑up
* Preparing and organizing materials needed for external or internal activities
* Coordinating after‑sales service for products requiring repair: sending items to service partners, tracking progress, and ensuring timely return to customers
* Supporting the team with various operational and administrative tasks
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Operations & Customer Support Coordinator Should Have
* You are customer‑oriented, friendly, and comfortable communicating by phone
* You speak Dutch fluently and have a very good command of French
* You are organized, structured, and able to manage your time efficiently
* You enjoy teamwork and are flexible and proactive
* You have good knowledge of Word and Excel
