You will act as a senior IT Project Manager within a large-scale energy transition context, leading complex IT and ERP initiatives from initiation through delivery and post-go-live support. The role combines strong governance, supplier management, and end-to-end delivery ownership within regulated, business-critical environments.
You will operate at senior level, coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead upstream project phases including feasibility studies and preparation of RFI/RFP documentation
Define and manage the project plan covering scope, deliverables, planning, resources, governance, and methodologies
Coordinate and steer multidisciplinary project teams in collaboration with line and team managers
Manage suppliers at an operational level, ensuring contractual compliance and service quality
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change impacts throughout the lifecycle
Manage end-to-end delivery according to Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Ensure controlled go-live, service continuity, and structured handover to operations including post-go-live support
What are we looking for?
You have 10+ years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager
You bring 10+ years of experience delivering complex IT projects in enterprise environments
You have proven experience managing ERP-related projects
You have solid experience with project budget management, planning, and governance
You are certified PRINCE2
You have hands-on experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies
You have proven experience managing projects across the full SDLC
You have professional experience in the energy sector
You are fluent in English in professional and technical contexts
You are native in French or Dutch, with very good passive knowledge of the other language
Nice to Haves
Experience working with JIRA
Experience preparing or supporting RFP processes
Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or similar)
Certification as a Scrum Master
Experience working with ITIL practices
