You will participate in the daily activities of our warehouses in a safe way, including activities such as truck unloading, putting away, storing, picking, truck loading, stock counting.
How you will contribute
You will:
* Work in the warehousing, order picking, palletizing, loading and unloading delivery trucks
* Adhere to all safety and quality checks and specified rules
* Assemble and load product on delivery trucks accurately and in a timely manner
* Load product pallets following standard operating procedures in accordance with the daily delivery schedule
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
* Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced work environment and capable of the defined physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.).
* Forklift experience preferred
* Have or be able to obtain relevant licenses to operate equipment
* Able to Lift a minimum of 50 lbs./25kg
Shift Lead, Logistieke Operaties
Verantwoordelijkheden
Wij zoeken een Shift Lead die kan inspireren en de logistieke operaties naar een hoger niveau kan tillen. Als Shift Lead zorg je ervoor dat dagelijkse logistieke operaties soepel verlopen en dat we continu verbeteren. Je bent een voorbeeld voor je team, helpt prioriteiten te stellen en plannen uit te voeren en ondersteunt persoonlijke groei.
* Je leidt, coacht en motiveert een team en creëert een positieve mind-set en een productieve werkomgeving.
* Je coördineert de dagelijkse logistieke activiteiten en zorgt voor het behalen van de doelstellingen.
* Je bent een rolmodel op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en maintenance en volgt op dat je team de procedures naleeft met het oog op 0 veiligheidsincidenten en 100% kwaliteit.
* Je initieert en neemt deel aan verbeteringsprojecten.
* Je werkt samen met andere afdelingen, zoals customer service, fabriek en transport …
* Je neemt de lead om gericht problemen met systemen met de IT support afdeling op te lossen
Ervaring
* Ruime ervaring in het aansturen en motiveren van een team.
* Positieve en hands-on leider die veranderingen kan brengen.
* Communicatief sterk en oplossingsgericht
* interesse in systemen en processen, met ervaring met MS-Office en basis kennis van SAP (of ander ERP systeem)
* Een bacheloropleiding in logistiek of supply chain management en relevante werkervaring.
* Bereid om in een ploegensysteem te werken.
