Leadership & Team Management Motivate, coach, and lead the Wintel team and Project Managers Foster a strong, collaborative, and performance-driven team culture Define objectives and guide performance & development reviews Collaborate with other team leads and domain owners to achieve IT-wide goals ️ Technical Management & Optimization ⚙️ Manage and optimize Windows Server infrastructure (on-prem & hybrid) in line with SLAs Coordinate patching, lifecycle management, and security hardening activities Oversee monitoring tools and ensure optimal system performance and user experience Drive automation of repetitive tasks and continuous improvement initiatives Work closely with architects on technical roadmaps ️ Ensure compliance with internal standards and security guidelines Act as a bridge between teams: Linux, Cloud, SaaS/PaaS, Security & Applications Operations & Service Management Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Manage incidents, changes, problems, and improvement initiatives Advise on investments, capacity planning, and modernization within the Wintel domain Oversee external vendors and managed service providers ⏰ Participate in on-call rotation Project & Budget Ownership Lead Wintel and hardware-related projects or act as domain expert in broader IT initiatives ⚠️ Identify risks and define mitigation and continuity plans Build, manage, and defend budgets and roadmaps for the Wintel domain What sets you apart ️ Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting ☁️ Experience with VMware, Veeam, and basic Azure & storage environments SQL Server knowledge is a plus Minimum 5 years of experience in medium to large IT environments Proven experience in team coordination or leadership roles Master’s degree in IT or equivalent experience Soft skills Customer-focused, analytical, and stress-resistant Able to translate technical topics into clear, compelling communication Strong ability to guide teams and processes constructively Passion for innovation and emerging technologies ️ Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow Strong believer in ITIL best practices Fluent in NL or FR good knowledge of the second language English Why this role?
