Head of Digital .
The Head of Digital focuses on
driving the growth of digital sales by further professionalising and structuring the online commercial ecosystem across all digital channels.
In addition, the role aims to strengthen overall commercial performance by aligning marketplace expansion, retail integration and direct-to-consumer brand activities. Ultimately, the objective is to develop a fully integrated, scalable and commercially driven digital ecosystem that supports sustainable growth and long‑term value creation.
The Head of Digital is responsible for:
Strategic management
Define and drive the overall digital commerce strategy across all online channels, including marketplaces, retail e-commerce platforms and brand‑owned digital channels, in alignment with the broader business strategy.
Lead the transformation towards a fully integrated, scalable and commercially driven digital ecosystem.
Identify and develop new digital growth opportunities across existing and emerging markets, ensuring long‑term commercial development and brand strength.
Translate strategic ambitions into clear priorities, initiatives and commercial direction, ensuring consistent growth and value creation.
Own the performance and development of all digital sales channels, including marketplaces, platforms and direct‑to‑consumer brand environments.
Define channel strategies that balance commercial performance, brand positioning and long‑term channel development.
Ensure optimal product visibility, availability and commercial execution across diverse digital partners and platforms.
Drive continuous improvement in commercial performance through data‑driven decision‑making and optimisation of digital sales activities.
Lead and develop a digital commerce team, with a focus on strengthening leadership capabilities within the team.
Further develop the existing collaborative way of working and high‑performing team culture, breaking down silos and reinforcing a shared commercial mindset.
Support the development of leadership skills within the team and ensure effective translation of strategy into execution.
Operational excellence & stakeholder management
Ensure structured and effective execution of digital commerce activities across all channels.
Act as the central coordination point between commercial, marketing, IT, and finance functions.
Drive continuous improvement in processes, ways of working, and commercial execution to support scalable growth.
Safeguard strong alignment and ensure consistent, integrated delivery of the digital commerce strategy across all stakeholders.
Profile
You have at least 8 years of experience in digital commerce, e‑commerce or omnichannel commercial leadership roles within, ideally branded consumer goods, retail cosmetics or fashion environments.
You have a proven track record in driving digital sales growth and building scalable, multi‑channel commercial ecosystems on an international scope.
You have a feeling for fashion and aesthetics combined with a passion for digital and a data driven mindset.
You see yourself as a person with a combination of strategic insight with a hands‑on mentality and a strong commercial drive. xphnsxz
