As a Finance Manager, you are responsible for all financial activities of the entity, with a particular focus on US GAAP reporting and communication with the group.
You act as a key link between local operations and international requirements.
Responsibilities
Closing & Reporting
* Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings (BE GAAP & US GAAP)
* Ensure reporting to the international group
* Analyze the balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow
Finance & Performance Management
* Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
* Monitor financial performance and suggest improvements
* Manage working capital issues (receivables, inventory, cash)
* Ensure valuation of inventory and work-in-progress (WIP)
Audit & Compliance
* Manage internal and external audits
* Ensure compliance with local and group standards
* Maintain a reliable internal control environment
Operations & Business
* Participate in operational meetings
* Collaborate with teams to optimize performance
* Monitor costs, margins, and key performance indicators
Management
* Supervise a team of 3 people
* Support their development and ensure business continuity
* Train new employees
Experience
* Minimum 10 years of experience in finance (accounting, controlling, etc.)
* Proven experience in US GAAP reporting (minimum 3 years)
* Experience in an industrial or international environment
Languages
* Fluent French
* Fluent English (regular interaction with international group)
Technical Skills
* Excellent knowledge of BE GAAP
* Strong knowledge of US GAAP (essential)
* Good command of Excel and financial tools

Salary: €6,500 – €7,000 gross/month
