Mission
* You oversee and coordinate multiple construction packages for the delivery of an 80MW DC project.
* You supervise and mentor a team of Construction Package Managers, ensuring performance and accountability.
* You monitor daily site activities, guaranteeing adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.
* You identify and resolve construction issues, escalating risks and delays when necessary.
* You collaborate with the Quality Manager and Commissioning Lead to ensure alignment of construction and commissioning activities.
* You promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations.
* You act as the primary interface between the client, contractors, and stakeholders, maintaining clear and transparent communication.
* You prepare and present detailed progress reports and dashboards to senior management and project stakeholders.
Profile
* You have proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager or in a similar leadership role on large-scale industrial projects.
* You demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* You are rigorous, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
* You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering collaboration and trust.
* You are fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
