We are hiring for one of our customers.


Leading company in its sector, recognized for its solid export track record, its focus on sustainability and the high quality of its products, is looking to incorporate an Global Sales Director to lead its global expansion strategy.


Job Mission: Reporting directly to the General Management, the selected candidate will assume ultimate responsibility for the design, development, and execution of the company's international business strategy, with the aim of consolidating the brand's presence in current markets and opening new strategic geographic areas.


Main Responsibilities

* Strategic planning: Define and implement the international business plan aligned with the company's growth and profitability objectives, deciding how to scale revenue via new markets, channels, products, or segments.
* Channel and Key Account Management: Negotiate and optimize agreements with the network of importers, distributors, and key customers in the European, American and Asian markets.
* Leadership and team management: Direct, coordinate and evaluate the international sales team under his charge, fostering a results-oriented culture.
* Market analysis: Identify new business opportunities, international consumer trends, and emerging distribution channels with a clear orientation on data analysis (Metrics ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, pipeline, etc.)
* Budget control: Supervise the export results statement, managing the assigned budget, commercial margins, and control of the department's KPIs.
* Corporate representation: Represent the company at reference international trade fairs, trade missions and high-level industry events.


Requirements

* Education: Higher university degree (Business Administration, Economics, International Trade or similar). Postgraduate training or an MBA will be highly valued.
* Experience: Minimum of 8 years occupying an Export Management or International Commercial Management position with knowledge of the American, European and Asian markets, being an essential requirement to have previous experience in the premium food sector and a client portfolio.
* Analytical Profile (Data Analyst): Solid skills in data analysis (Data Analytics). Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI/Tableau), CRM (Salesforce or similar) and advanced Excel for KPI monitoring, sales forecasting and profitability analysis.
* Languages: Professional command of English (C1-C2 level). Knowledge of a second foreign language (French, German, etc.) and understanding of Spanish will be highly valued.
* Skills: Strong international negotiation skills, strategic vision, team leadership, persistence, integrity, flexibility and high results orientation.
* CSR: Sensitivity to environmental and social impact, with a clear cultural alignment towards the values of a B Corp company.
* Availability: Flexibility to travel internationally.
* Residence: Location or availability to work in person/hybrid in Catalonia, but the results of the position will be valued primarily.
