My client is a fast-growing, agile start-up of 20 people based in Brussels, looking for a hands-on HR & Admin profile to bring structure, reliability, and follow-through into their day-to-day operations.
You act as a central operational backbone, ensuring that administrative and HR processes are properly managed and executed.
Client invoicing and contract monitoring
Handling incoming invoices and subcontractor contracts
Fleet, office assets, and insurance management
Subsidies and HR administration (contracts, policies)
Payroll support and accounting assistance
Comfortable with HR, administrative, and accounting tools
Fluent in French and English or Dutch
Monday at the office, the other day is free to organize within the rest of the week
