Over the years, we have built a long-term partnership with the European Central Bank, contributing to several of its major strategic initiatives. Today, we are involved in one of the largest and most strategic European programmes: the Digital Euro project.
To strengthen our team working on this initiative (and beyond), we are looking for a PMO motivated to contribute to a high-impact European project.
Your role
Within the Digital Euro programme, you will support the project governance and coordination activities by ensuring structured monitoring and reporting of project progress.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring project progress, milestones and deliverables in collaboration with key project stakeholders.
* Preparing clear status reports, summaries and presentations on project progress for governance bodies.
* Consolidating and reviewing updates to the project plan, ensuring consistency with project assumptions, dependencies and planning constraints.
* Supporting the Project Management Office by providing structured information on planning, progress and organisational aspects.
* Contributing to the risk management process, including analysis and proposed updates to the project risk register.
* Preparing regular reporting for the Digital Euro Project Steering Group.
* Monitoring the use of project resources and financial planning during the different project phases.
* Developing automated reporting tools and dashboards (e.g. Excel, VBA, PowerBI or Power Automate) to facilitate project monitoring.
Profile
* From 2 to 4 years of experience in project management or PMO activities.
* Experience working with project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2 or PM2.
* Strong proficiency in Excel, particularly for financial or project planning.
* Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project) to track tasks, milestones, resources, budgets and risks.
* Knowledge of data reporting or visualization tools (PowerBI or similar).
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Experience working with European institutions or large international programmes is a plus.
